The 30-Day Squish Promise

Changed your mind? You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is longer than the 14 days EU law requires.

How to return

Email us at squishmassupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement that you want to return the items. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
We reply with the return address.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Return shipping: you pay the cost of sending items back, unless they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service.

You may handle the squishies as you would in a shop to check them. If they come back used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return request, including the original standard shipping charge. We may wait to send the refund until we receive the items back, or until you send proof that you posted them, whichever comes first. Refunds go back to your original payment method, with no fee.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Every squishy is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us with photos. We will replace it or refund you, and you pay nothing for shipping.
