1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

2. Products and safety

Squishmas squishies are soft toys. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from the photos. Safety: choking hazard, small parts, not for children under 3. Adult supervision recommended. They are shaped like food but are not food; do not eat or chew them.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount shown. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes appear at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock; if so, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you.

6. Returns and your right to cancel

You may cancel and return your order within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. This includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If an item is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability where that would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or defective products.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
