We ship worldwide: $3.00 for orders under $40 (one squishy), free from $40 (two or more), delivered in about 7–15 business days.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

Shipping costs

  • Orders under $40.00 (for example, one squishy): $3.00 standard shipping.
  • Orders of $40.00 or more (two or more squishies): free standard shipping.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days. Your squishies ship from our partner warehouse in China. Standard delivery then takes about 7–15 business days. Remote areas, customs checks and the holiday peak can add extra days. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Christmas orders

To give your parcel the best chance of arriving before 24 December, please order by [1 December]. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Customs, duties and taxes

European Union: [VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.] Outside the EU: your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at [support@squishmas.com] or message us from the Track your order page with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). Until your parcel is delivered, it is our responsibility: we will replace it or refund you. This does not depend on buying Shipping Protection.

Shipping Protection (optional)

For $2.99 you can add Shipping Protection in your cart. It covers cases the law does not put on us, such as a parcel stolen after it was marked as delivered, or lost because of an address error. It never limits your legal rights.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to fix it before dispatch.
